H.pylori Infections: Chronic Gastritis & Peptic Ulcers
Helicobacter pylori is a non-sporing curvilinear Gram-negative rod. It is part of a genus of bacteria that have adapted to the ecologic niche provided by gastric and duodenal mucus. Diseases associated with H.pylori infection include chronic gastritis, pepetic ulcer disease, gastric carcinoma, and gastric lymphoma.
I designed a mock editorial spread to demonstrate the effects of H.pylori on the human anatomy in the case of chronic gastritis or peptic ulcers.
