Positional and Structural Dependence of AID Enzymatic Efficiency

I designed a poster based on the paper—Single-Stranded DNA Structure and Positional Context of the Target Cytidine Determine the Enzymatic Efficiency of AID by Mani Larijani and Alberto Martin (Molecular and Cellular Biology, December 2007). The poster illustrates the three main points on ssDNA on which AID has enzymatic activity and their respective binding efficiencies.
